In this role, you will have the opportunity to represent clients facing difficult times and make a difference in their lives. As a Civil Law Associate Attorney, your day will consist of a variety of tasks, including court appearances, legal proceedings, case-related tasks, and more. You will also have the opportunity to conduct new client consultations, attend court, mediations, and depositions, research and prepare cases for court, and communicate with clients in person, by phone, virtually, and in writing. We will provide you with a mentor, an assigned case manager, and weekly training sessions to support your growth and development in this role. To be considered for this position, you must be a licensed member of the South Carolina Bar in good standing. While previous law firm and litigation experience is preferred, we are open to considering all levels of experience.
