Denver, CO Job Title: Corporate Associate Attorney Department: Corporate Practice Group Experience: 1-3 years Salary Range: $205,000 - $240,000 Law Firm Seeks Corporate Associate Attorney with 1-3 Years of Experience Crowell & Moring LLP, an international law firm, is currently seeking a highly qualified Associate to join its Corporate practice group in Denver, Colorado. The firm has a strong reputation for representing Fortune 500 companies in high-stakes litigation and government-facing matters, as well as its commitment to pro bono service and diversity, equity, and inclusion. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in M&A and general corporate law, with a focus on acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, leveraged buy-outs, reorganizations, joint ventures, and complex commercial matters. In addition, candidates should have excellent academic and professional credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and be a member of the Colorado Bar. Responsibilities for this position include handling a variety of corporate transactions, drafting and negotiating agreements, conducting due diligence, and advising clients on general corporate matters. The Associate will also have the opportunity to work closely with partners and gain valuable experience in a supportive and collaborative environment. The firm offers a competitive salary range of $205,000 to $240,000, with the potential for additional compensation through a discretionary bonus.
