ESTATE PLANNING_TRANSACTIONAL PARALEGAL
Overland Park, KS H1: Join the Foulston team as an Estate Planning/Transactional Paralegal in Kansas City! H2: Are you a self-motivated paralegal with experience in estate planning and transactional law? Look no further than Foulston! Law Firm Seeking Estate Planning/Transactional Paralegal Do you have a passion for software and a strong work ethic? Foulston is currently seeking a Paralegal to join our Kansas City team. This full-time position will involve working closely with our attorneys in the Transactional practice group, providing support in areas such as business law, real estate transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. Responsibilities: - Drafting estate planning and trust documents - Trust funding and administration - Communication with clients and other parties - Assisting with commercial real estate transactions and closings - Preparation of business contracts and legal documents - SEC and UCC filings - Corporate minute drafting and maintenance - Records and legal research - Other duties as assigned Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or AA in Legal Studies (or equivalent experience) - Previous experience as an estate planning, business, real estate, or corporate paralegal - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Attention to detail in all work - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency with software and technology - Time management skills At Foulston, we believe that every team member plays a vital role in our success.
