This is an entry-level position that offers extensive training in Maryland's protective order statute, family law issues, and trial skills and technique. The Staff Attorney will work on-site at the Prince George's County courthouses, providing immediate legal intervention to clients and developing meaningful connections to courthouse personnel. Responsibilities include providing high-quality, trauma-informed representation to survivors of intimate partner violence in protective order cases and related hearings, conducting comprehensive consultations, maintaining client databases, and other duties as assigned.
