In this role, you will be responsible for organizing, managing, and planning complex projects for our research, development, and product implementation efforts in the foreclosure department. H2: Supervisory Responsibilities As the Project Manager, you will have supervisory responsibilities to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications. This includes delegating work and assignments to team members based on their expertise, work experience, and time constraints. H2: Duties and Responsibilities In this role, you will have a wide range of responsibilities, including: - Leading an interdepartmental team to complete assigned projects on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency. - Outlining tasks involved in the project and delegating them accordingly. - Conducting cost analysis and preparing and implementing a budget based on estimates. - Conducting risk assessments and reporting identified risks to management, with recommendations for mitigation. - Addressing questions, concerns, and complaints throughout the project. - Tracking project progress, preparing and presenting status reports, and ensuring milestone timelines are met. - Communicating and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to provide training and information to promote and sell new projects, programs, and systems. - Ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and best practices. - Performing other related duties as assigned.
