Job Purpose

The working student position is aimed towards legal and business professionals interested in developing a career in the field of compliance and regulatory consulting. Interns support consultants in project-based challenges to respond to **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** internal clients. The position is based in Munich, Germany.

Key Responsibilities

Support project-based work required by **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** internal customers in the fields of Legal, Compliance and Data Privacy.
Support research and coordination activities aimed to solve our client’s Compliance and Regulatory requirements.
Taking care of project-related tasks, including all project deadlines and deliverables in the context of customer and stakeholder management.
Analysis and implementation of upcoming legislation across different **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** entities around the world.

Job requirements

Requirements:

University degree in business, economics, law, or information technology. Other related university degrees may apply.
Masters’ degree in a relevant field is desirable.
Full-time availability (38 hours a week), for 6 months.
Hold a valid working permit in the EU.
Applicants must be able to provide a certificate of enrollment in a university located in the EU (indicating end of the date of the study cycle)

Required experience

No prior job experience is required for this position.

Required skills

Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
Good MS Office proficiency (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
Sound understanding of general legal and business concepts.
Strong team player attitude with high assertiveness and ability to work under pressure.
Proactive and entrepreneurial spirit.

Desired certifications and experience

Information Security Certifications (e.g., ISO Internal Auditors Certification, ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management Certification)
Project Management Certifications (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
Experience with GRC tools (e.g. OneTrust)
Experience and knowledge of insurance/financial industry.
Experience working in international environments.
