This position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive employee benefits package. ## Job Description The Associate Attorney is responsible for providing legal counsel and representation to insurance industry clients in a variety of fraud/special investigations and no fault litigation cases. This includes medical provider fraud, RICO, commercial and personal lines staged loss, PIP, UM/BI, workers compensation and other practices areas as needed. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, writing, research and communication skills to effectively serve our clients.
