The ideal candidate has experience with fraud/special investigations and no fault litigation. They must have strong analytical, writing, research and communication skills. The case inventory is unique and includes medical provider fraud, RICO, commercial and personal lines staged loss, PIP, UM/BI, workers compensation and other practices areas as needed to represent the insurance industry.
