The primary responsibility of the position is to process invoices to clients for legal services on a monthly billing cycle. **Responsibilities:** - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) are required as this position works with attorneys, legal practice assistants and clients on billing matters throughout each month. - Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of work is essential. - Ability to adhere to client billing deadlines. - Ability to learn multiple third-party electronic billing systems. - Perform Excel spreadsheet calculations in order to allocate various time and costs to multiple timekeepers and client matters. **Requirements:** - Strong attention to detail and able to work independently. Excellent client service is expected from our Billing Coordinators. - Working knowledge of various types of technology such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat. Aderant/CMS Open accounting system knowledge is a plus. - Accounting Degree Preferred. General accounting experience is a necessary prerequisite with billing experience preferred. - A minimum of two years of law firm billing experience is preferred. ## Salary & Benefits The salary for this position is commensurate with experience.
