Contentious Trust and Probate Solicitor – Associate/Senior Associate Law Firm is looking to recruit an ambitious litigator to join their growing team in Salisbury. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with a strong litigation background and some contentious trust or probate experience to work with recognised experts in the field. Job Summary The successful candidate will advise on the full range of issues that can arise in relation to an estate or trust, from one-off questions to fully contested litigation involving multi-million pound estates. The role will involve the complete spectrum of contentious trust and probate work for private clients and charities with opportunities to specialise over time.
