Litigation Association – Mid Level
Allentown, PA #H1 Mid-Level Litigation Associate Job Opening at Law Firm Law Firm is currently looking for a highly motivated individual with a positive attitude who enjoys interacting with people to join our team as a mid-level litigation associate. The ideal candidate should possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and have 3-5 years of experience. ##H2 Responsibilities As a mid-level litigation associate, the primary responsibilities will be: * Conduct legal research using Westlaw to support ongoing cases * Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs * Assist with case management, including organization of documentation * Deposition experience – the taking of and defending depositions; meet with and prep clients for depositions * Preparation for and participation at Oral Argument * Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies * Various other duties in accordance with litigation in a team environment * Medical Malpractice experience a plus ##H2 Experience To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: * A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school * Familiarity with Westlaw * Excellent people skills, including written and verbal communication skills * Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities * Ability to work as an important member of a highly motivated team This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney with a passion for litigation who wants to make a meaningful impact.
