Their practitioners represent public and private (for-profit and not-for-profit) sector clients before municipal and county boards and commissions on a variety of zoning, permitting, and land use issues, and in administrative proceedings and hearings before other governmental bodies. Their Land Use attorneys typically work with their Real Estate attorneys on development projects. Representation also includes meeting all environmental, public participation, and legal prerequisites for comprehensive plan amendments, zoning amendments and interpretation, land division, public improvement requirements, and environmental reviews.
