We are seeking an experienced dispute resolution lawyer to join our team in Hobart. The role will involve defending a variety of claims across workers’ compensation, motor accidents and general liability claims. Responsibilities The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities: • Defending a variety of claims across workers’ compensation, motor accidents and general liability claims. • Building strong client relationships with a focus on client service. • Effective communication skills. • Ability to manage own file load. • Collaborative and pragmatic approach. Requirements • Previous experience in defendant insurance or plaintiff dispute resolution/litigation. • 3 years PAE. • Ability to build strong client relationships with a focus on client service. • Effective communication skills. • Ability to manage own file load. • Collaborative and pragmatic approach. Salary The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.
