Experienced Videographer & Social Media Manager
Cleveland, OH Heading: Experienced Videographer & Social Media Manager Minc Law is seeking an experienced Videographer & Social Media Manager to join their rapidly growing team. This role combines creative and technical skills in videography with strategic management of their social media presence. The successful candidate will have a passion for telling compelling stories through video and social media and will be adept at tracking the latest trends in social media technology. Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and manage Minc Law’s social media strategy across major platforms. • Design, script, and create engaging video content for the firm’s social media accounts and website. • Schedule, coordinate, and conduct video shoots for smooth and efficient video production. • Operate and maintain video equipment for high-quality footage. • Edit video footage for proper post-production, including titles, transitions, sound effects, and music. • Manage budget for video-related expenses, including equipment purchases, film stock, and post-production services. • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in videography, video production, and social media management. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. • Minimum 3-5 years of proven work experience as a Videographer, Social Media Manager, or similar role. • Proficiency with professional video equipment and editing software. • Experience with major social media platforms and management tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive compensation package (DOE).
