**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** is seeking a transactional real estate attorney to join our growing Real Estate and Construction Procurement group. This position can work from any of our Pennsylvania offices and hybrid or remote opportunities are available based on experience. Our most busy clients operate in the industrial/logistics, residential housing, restaurant (leasing), and energy (solar and natural gas) sectors.

Candidates should possess the following:

- Juris Doctorate with licensure in PA
- 4 years of substantive transactional real estate experience
- Demonstrated experience managing a variety of real estate transactions including among potential others, drafting and negotiating complex documents related to leasing and the acquisition, disposition, and development of property
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Planned community and condominium experience is a plus
