Litigation Associate

The Position: We are seeking a Litigation Associate who will be responsible for handling a variety of matters such as non-compete disputes on behalf of employers in federal court, defending local governments in actions filed by construction contractors, etc. Occasional travel may be required to attend client meetings, court hearings, and depositions for matters pending out of state. The position is based in Sheffield Village, Ohio, just 25 minutes from Downtown Cleveland and 10 minutes from Westlake. Compensation and Benefits: The salary for this position is $125,000.
