Job Description: Deutsch Kerrigan Law Firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their offices in New Orleans and Gulfport, MS. The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Assisting attorneys in preparing for court proceedings • Preparing legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, and subpoenas • Researching legal precedents and filing documents with courts • Drafting legal memos and providing data analysis • Maintaining client files and other records • Communicating with clients, witnesses, and court personnel • Adhering to all applicable ethical rules and regulations Qualifications: • Minimum of three years of defense experience • Knowledge of legal research methods and legal document preparation • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Billing experience preferred Salary and Benefits: Deutsch Kerrigan Law Firm offers a competitive salary, commensurate with experience and an excellent benefits package.
