The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree and have previous work experience in Semiconductor, Quantum Computing, Artificial Intelligence (in particular natural language processing), or Machine Learning. **Responsibilities** - Prepare patent applications for filing with the US Patent and Trademark Office - Evaluate the underlying technology of inventions - Opinion writing - Client counseling - Litigation support - Provide technical assistance on projects **Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree required - USPTO registration number preferred - Previous work experience in Semiconductor, Quantum Computing, Artificial Intelligence (in particular natural language processing), or Machine Learning is required **Compensation** Law Firm offers a competitive salary and benefits package for this position. |
