Legal Counsel - US

We need our Legal Counsel to provide us with legal advice and guidance, to ensure that the company is following applicable laws and regulations, and to help us protect our users’ data and privacy. What you’ll do: • Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of topics, including regulatory compliance, privacy, intellectual property, data protection, and corporate governance • Draft, negotiate and advise on legal contracts and agreements • Monitor and stay up-to-date on changes to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards • Support and advise on the company’s corporate governance processes • Partner with the business to ensure that all activities are compliant with applicable laws and regulations • Provide guidance on compliance and risk management • Collaborate with the business and other stakeholders on legal matters What you bring to the table: • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school • A minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience • Experience with US and international regulation and compliance • Proven ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail Salary: The salary for this position is competitive and negotiable depending on experience. # Legal Counsel - US Atlan is seeking a qualified and experienced Legal Counsel to join our team.
