Client Relations Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. The Client Relations Manager will play a vital part in assisting our Legal Team in all aspects of civil litigation. Job Responsibilities Work under partner and/or associate in the management of clients from beginning to end Manage client files and liaise directly with clients to progress their individual claim Handle client relations matters and obtain updated treatment status from clients Assist in obtaining medical records, reports, bills and employment records Other Responsibilities as assigned Requirements A degree in law or equivalent At least two years of experience in civil litigation Excellent written and spoken communication skills Excellent analytical skills and acute attention to detail Ability to work independently and proactively Resilience and flexibility Respect for client confidentiality Salary The salary for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience.
