## Operations (Legal) Administrator - Dover

**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***, Attorneys at Law is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Operations (Legal) Administrator to lead the day-to-day operations of several offices and provide superior support services to attorneys and firm leadership. This position will be based in the Dover, NH office and will report to the Director of Operations. The successful candidate will have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Work with firm leadership, outside vendors and business colleagues to manage and support day-to-day operations of several firm offices, reinforcing policies, procedures, and firm culture.
- Assist the Director of Operations and Director of Finance in budgeting and driving financial results.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance to provide support in payroll, recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Supervise the office support teams, including clerical, legal assistants, paralegals, and reception; and facilitate projects and assignments with leadership in areas such as IT, HR, and Facilities.
- Oversee facilities management, including space planning and design, purchasing, inventory control, and adherence to budget.
- Have strong firm management software skills, with the ability to design and deliver training.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with coworkers, leadership, business colleagues, and vendors.

**Required Skills/Abilities:**

- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite and firm management software.
- Ability to meet deadlines and strong attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude and demeanor.
- Focused on leading by example and promoting firm culture.
- Strong budgeting, performance, and project management background.
- Ability to travel to firm offices regularly, as needed.

**Education/Experience:**

- A BS in Business Administration, Management, HR, legal studies, or other related discipline required.
- A minimum of 7 years previous leadership experience in a legal or other professional services organization required.
