ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY – LITIGATION

This position requires 3-5 years of litigation experience, with an ideal candidate being based near the Texas Hill Country. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for: • Drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings • Drafting and arguing motions • Taking and defending depositions • Demonstrating excellent writing and analytical skills • Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Working independently and as part of a team The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate, commercial, and/or trust and estate litigation. The successful candidate must possess excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
