Kids Klub Summer Camp Counselor
**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***Mon, 25 Mar 2024 16:24:18 -0500 Staff should be professional and provide supervision, direction, and excitement to an individual Kids Klub program site by displaying leadership skills, following appropriate risk management protocols, and being accountable for the well-being of the children participating (ages 5-12) in the program. Additional job duties may include but are not limited to: Tracking participant enrollment records, Upholding daily program duties (i.e., documenting daily rental agreements, keeping track of time sheets, inventory of supplies, and communicating all needs or concerns to the Site Director, Assistant Director, or Program Director); Maintaining participant records (i.e., participant files, incident/accident reports, behavior write-ups, & daily attendance sign-in/out sheets); Directing daily activities (age appropriate, small and large group, low impact games and activities both indoors and outdoors and arts/crafts); Collaborating with other staff to implement program improvement strategies; Cleaning and organizing program environment; Enforcing rules and consequences to keep order; Promoting open lines of communication between the Program Director, Assistant Director, other staff, and parents; Ensuring your Kids Klub site is operating within our program license requirements at all times; Being flexible and willing to take on additional duties assigned by the Program Director, Site Director, or Assistant Director. Hours are seasonal with varying daytime 25-30 hours per week. Must be available Monday-Friday during the scheduled weeks of camp.
