You will work together with a wider EU team and relevant Amazon contacts to build and implement an annual & quarterly plan, utilising available budgets to deliver the targets. These are the behaviours you\u2019ll need for success with us.\u00A0In this role you will contribute to:\u00A0Overall performance of the account, achieving assigned targets for profitable sales growth (alongside Amazon South Head)Prepare consolidated business reporting (according to established deadlines) for your direct supervisor and for the Leadership team\u00A0Coordinate sales reporting and monitor sales results identifying potential threats to the business for south cluster;Use a variety of data to analyse the performances, the market trends and all the main marketing KPis (i.e. IHS, Traffic, CR, Competition) helping to bring under control all the metrics across all touch points on Amazon\u00A0Successful analysis and proofreading of keywords strategy on Amazon\u00A0Support KAMs on promotional level (product selection, discounts level, implementations, etc)Manage the Budget process and Marketing activations;Support the Amazon South Head on Quarterly planning (Presentations, Data, KPIs, Funds)Manage Amazon for Business opportunities in alignment with KAMsWork closely with the Amazon Customer Marketing Specialists within the cluster to secure the best implementation of marketing activitiesWork closely with the central Logitech team to improve management of Logitech on Amazon Italy, Spain and Portugal in line with the EU guidelinesBest practice sharing throughout the South Cluster and pan-EU when appropriated.\u00A0Key QualificationsFor consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviours to our team:\u00A0Degree in Economics / Marketing or similarStrong analytical skills and able to analyse data setsStrong knowledge of written and spoken English. Spanish is a plusProven years of experienceExcited by Digital, eCommerce and mainly AmazonWell organised and detail-oriented, able to meet deadlinesMotivated self-starter who displays a sense of urgency and is willing to push the boundariesA team player, enthusiastic about working in an international profileStrong Excel, Powerpoint skills and analytics.
