Customer Marketing Manager


We are looking for an experienced ETail Customer Marketing Manager who is passionate about eCommerce andbrings eMarketing, Commercial and Operational skills to positively impact the business.RoleBe Yourself. These are thebehaviors you\u2019ll need to succeed.Between sales and marketing, this role's core responsibility is to improve presence, market share and also sell-outof the category on the E-retailers / Etailers platforms, by driving fundamentals (ePOS & traffic) as well asintegrated online marketing campaigns.Reporting to the cluster Head of ETail, you will also be in charge of turning data, insight and category strategy intoeTail customers plans and execute with excellence, in cooperation with the regional Marketing and eTail teams.Your contribution, on pure-player, hybrid and marketplaces, will include the following activities :1) Build data & insights driven eTail customer plans\u25CF Partner with our Etailers to get data, insights and full understanding of their marketing ecosystem andcapability\u25CF Analyse all data and insights available (sales, content, competition, shopper insights, traffic etc.) toidentify business opportunities\u25CF Build customer marketing plans, in line with Category strategy, Regional Etail best practices and Clusterchannel portfolio strategy2) Execute with excellence and share best practice\u25CF Manage day to day business by activating all Etailers platform, marketing & media tools:\u25CB Maximise traffic to our products\u2019 pages, thru Retail Media i.e Site placements, Search, SEO, Events, Brandstore and leveraging Logitech Digital marketing too\u25CB Improve Conversion & Loyalty, thru best in class Content, Ratings & Reviews, CRM and Pricing with KAMs\u25CB Drive ASP up, thru Attachment and Cross-merchandising tactics\u25CF Coordinate and ensure timely execution of the 360 activations at Etailer, i.e NPIs and top events, in linewith our best practices and in cooperation with the KAMs and Marketing managers\u25CF Contribute to T&Cs with KAMs and Region to get customer marketing in the terms\u25CF Provide weekly management reporting of performance against target and market activity as well asanalysis on Etailers, i.e product / category sales trend to drive learning and decision-making\u25CF Share learning back to region to fuel the regional best practicesProfileMust have\u25CF Candidate will have 3-6 experience in eCommerce & Digital Marketing, gained from working at an Etailer(must) and for a brand (plus)\u25CF eRetail Media (eCommerce Advertising) & eMerchandising expertise (Online assets, SEO optimisedcopy, PaidSearch, Display, Navigation etc.)\u25CF In-depth understanding of online reseller landscape, best practice & familiar with major Etailers platforms\u25CF Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking i.e excel in playing with KPIs like sales data, channelmargin, rebate, market-share and is advanced in Excel\u25CF Proactive, energetic, self-starter with hands-on approach to the business and results oriented\u25CF Highly collaborative and good communication skills\u25CF Consumer and customer centric\u25CF English and local language a must.\u25CF Ownership & accountability, Solution-driven, Honesty, IntegrityNice to have\u25CF 2 years in Sales (forecasting, monitoring, reporting business metrics, selling consumer products)\u25CF Business & negotiation acumen\u25CF Pre-experience in matrix organization\u25CF UX/CX experience
