SUMMARY:The BioMarin Financial Development Program (FDP) will accelerate your growth as a financial leader. As part of the FDP program, you will gain valuable functional and leadership experience in the exciting biotech industry. FDP participants complete 3 rotations over a 2-year timeframe in various financial disciplines. In addition to on-the-job learning, participants also benefit from coaching, specialized training, and community engagement. The Financial Development Program (FDP) is a 24-month program consisting of three rotations. The first rotation is 12-months followed by two 6-month assignments. All rotations are based out of the San Rafael, CA and Novato, CA locations.
