New York City, NY **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** is looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented Analyst to assist **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** Group's VP of Real Estate as the company executes store expansion and fleet optimization strategies for the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***, **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** Factory, and Madewell brands nationally. Specifically: *REPORT directly into the VP of Real Estate as the company executes new store expansion and fleet optimization strategies for the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***, **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** Factory, and Madewell brands nationally. *ASSIST in the creation of said strategies for the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***, **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** Factory, and Madewell brands by researching new development opportunities within existing and potential markets. *SERVE as main liaison internally between Real Estate, Operations, Finance, Lease Administration, Legal, Store Design, Construction, and Facilities. Externally, acts as a liaison and facilitator of communication between Landlords and brokers and other external industry contacts. *REVIEW potential projects with VP of Real Estate and track each opportunity through the real estate development lifecycle. *PARTNER with Finance, Construction, and Store Operations to determine the feasibility and viability of potential real estate projects. *CREATE real estate committee presentations for executive approval of new store projects. *PARTICIPATEin key meetings with executives and external constituents, such as landlords and other partners. *MANAGEflow of key documents related to lease execution and store construction - including but not limited to: letters of intent, term sheets, landlord workletters, and leases. QUALIFICATIONS: *Must possess excellent managerial, analytical, organizational and business communication skills. *Ability to multitask large number of projects. *Four year undergraduate degree in business or related field required. *Strong experience with modeling financial concepts. *Working knowledge of retail real estate business terms and financial modeling.
