The International Logistics team is responsible for the operations and strategic direction of transportation of merchandise through **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***'s multi-channel supply chain.  The International Logistics Analyst will be responsible for the planning, analyzing, optimizing, and tracking of imported cargo from our factory locations to the distribution network.  To accomplish this, the analyst will frequently partner with various internal stakeholders such as Planning, DC Operations, Inventory Management, PO Fulfillment, Production, and Domestic Transportation team. In addition, this role will interact regularly with external partners such as origin consolidators, ocean carriers, airfreight forwarders, **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***'s customs broker, and 3rd party warehouses. Analyst will lead projects to improve **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** Logistics operations and will lead regular reviews and discussions with our key partners to drive continued improvement.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Proactive exception management of all import activities to ensure on-time delivery *Coordinate with overseas vendors to manage import activities in order to meet service level expectations. *Lead cadenced logistics provider meetings. *Work with vendors to identify and eliminate logistics obstacles to ensure safe and timely product delivery. *Develop strong interpersonal relationships with vendors and service providers to improve overall business performance. *Develop standard operating procedures and scheduling/shipping practices for efficient execution of international logistics activities. *Develop metrics and KPIs to measure and improve logistics provider performance. *Communicate timely with all internal and external stakeholders as it relates to shipment status changes. *Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize processes. *Identify opportunities for cost reduction, product flow improvement, and business development.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

*Bachelor's Degree required (or equivalent work experience). *3 years of relevant industry experience with focus on international logistics. *Supply chain and retail (particularly fashion/soft lines) experience a plus.

*Continuous improvement mindset. *Accountable for results, strives to exceed expectations. *Time management/prioritization and follow-up skills. *Highly organized and detail-oriented. *Strong critical and analytical thinking. *Strong written, verbal and presentation skills. *Effective communication across all functions and levels. *Microsoft Excel experience a must. *Visual analytics (Tableau, Qlik, etc.) *Understanding of EDI data flow a plus.
