Junior Content Analyst

OVERVIEW

The Junior Digital Content Analyst will coordinate and oversee the daily operations for the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** Group brand websites (JCrew.com, Factory.Jcrew.Com, Madewelll.com). This position is an integral part of the day-to-day eCommerce operations, customer service, post merchandise, updates, promotions, maintenance, and product launches. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Merchandising, Creative, QA and Engineering teams. We are looking for an energetic, hardworking, person, that can prioritize and complete daily tasks as well as long-term projects. As this role is designated for Junior talent, this individual will likewise receive training and mentorship from senior team members and leadership across both their direct team. RESPONSIBILITIES

*Serve as the primary point of contact for site publishing and troubleshooting *Create and maintain all site wide promotions, as well as promo assets: badging, arrays, and global messaging *Coordinate monthly publishes with internal teams and ensure all creative and product content (copy, images, pricing, etc.) are completed and accurate before launch *Complete monthly review of site with merchants to ensure new products are validated and optimize assortments *Prepare and send out daily and monthly proofing links to business partners for review *Manage and maintain (JIRA) bug tracking tool to ensure issues are assigned and resolved in a timely manor *Partner with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve site issues *Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders to effectively carry out the required efforts of given projects and/or tasks. *Work closely with various teams, such as Merchant, Creative and IT to ensure site updates, projects and work are delivered successfully, with quality, and on time. *Collaborating with brand teams to create and implement digital content that supports brand strategy, goals and positioning *Prepare documentation and schedule training sessions for merchants and planners (Business Manager, JIRA and CPR) *Perform continuous quality assessment and regression testing to ensure content, products, pages, and creative executions are launched with right prices, promotions, inventory, features, images, copy and assure website usability *Support QA team with testing of new functionally: creating test scenarios, assortments, updating product attributes etc. *Review and refinement of the site daily and monthly process to identify opportunities to improve efficiency of content production process *Coding HTML/CSS/Javascript to make simple updates to web page including global navs, monetate fixes, and email coding

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED:

*BA/BS *Strong MS Office application skills including high proficiency in Excel *Familiarity with online industry and retail experience a plus: passion for web and eCommerce *Must be detail oriented, excellent organization skills *Clear concise communicator: ability to work with all levels of management *Strong interpersonal skills, team player, self-motivated, possesses high degree of initiative and independence *Ability to work effectively in a fast-pace environment, balancing business needs with a solid commitment to testing excellence *Some experience with HTML/CSSJavascript *Experience with Photoshop, preparing and compressing content for web

PREFERRED:

*BA/BS in Computer Science backgrounds is preferred but not required *Experience in software workflow tools like JIRA/Confluence and collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams *Desire to evolve the overall operations landscape, documenting new guidelines, standards, and strategies *Thrives in a quick-turn, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders, business partners, and varying team structures
