Support Stylist and Sales Associate efforts to exceed customer expectations. Respond to customers in the moment and partner them with a Stylist or Sales Associate. Provide an engaging and efficient checkout experience. Adhere to merchandise receiving and handling guidelines. Keep the selling floor replenished and the stockroom organized. Ensure merchandise flows back to the floor from the fitting room promptly. Learn our systems and gadgets and use them effectively. Build productive relationships with everyone on the team and live our values. OH, AND BY THE WAY, YOU… Are at least 18 years old. Communicate clearly and with purpose. Are available when we are busy, including nights, weekends and holidays. Can bend, reach, and stretch for product, as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds. Can regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers. And, don't forget about an amazing discount on clothes and accessories (even new arrivals).
