Seasonal HR Admin - Lynchburg, VA
Lynchburg, VA HR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT LYNCHBURG, VA DISTRIBUTION CENTER THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION THAT WILL BE FILLED THROUGH ELWOOD STAFFING. IT WILL LAST FROM SEPTEMBER-NOVEMBER, MONDAY-FRIDAY 8AM-4PM OR 8:30AM-4:30PM. DESCRIPTION: *Sort, organize and maintain office records accurately *Streamline document filing process ensuring their availability at all times *Check all incoming material and categorize either on the basis of content or alphabetically *Ensure all new documents and paperwork are filed properly *Accurately and timely create and maintain personnel files, ensuring compliance with all mandated requirements *Answer switchboard phone line *Answer general HR and basic benefits questions for associates in person and via phone *Assist Recruiting as necessary *Complete any other requested administrative duties timely and accurately QUALIFICATIONS: *High school diploma or GED *Proficient computer skills - Microsoft Office, internet, intranet, e-mail programs *Demonstrates attention to detail; produces accurate work *Analytical and problem solving skills *Strong organizational skills *Ability to prioritize tasks without direction *Flexible / able to work overtime as needed *Strong interpersonal skills *Must be able to communicate effectively both written and verbally with all levels of the organization as well as the public *Confidentiality a must *Team player *Interact with associates as needed *Complete assigned projects accurately and on time WORK SCHEDULE: *1st shift Monday-Friday 8am-4pm *Full-time **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** GROUP, INC.
