Our team works on-site with a 9x80 schedule located at our EROB facility with every other Friday off! This position has potential to work hybrid or remotely.
Responsibilities Include:
**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** (INL) is seeking a forward-thinking Critical Infrastructure Workforce Development Project Manager to champion the education and competence of Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) professionals throughout the United States and globally.
Work includes assisting with further development and usage of the CYBER-CHAMP© (Cyber-Competency Health and Maturity Progression) process and framework to understand workforce development implementation at the organizational level for both national and international customers. The results will also influence the long-term strategy for development of infrastructure sector specific dashboards displaying trends, gaps, and areas for additional research.
The Critical Infrastructure Workforce Development Project Manager leads building relationships with human resource (HR) stakeholders dedicated to supporting various sizes of businesses and government entities to solve a variety of cyber workforce related issues from an HR perspective. CYBER-CHAMP© and other Workforce Development Program Office initiatives will be used to establish or expand the cyber-knowledge of HR representatives.
This person will provide education and guidance on the various courses mapped to cyber and non-cyber roles to enhance their competency. The program manager will research cyber-related issues facing HR representatives and identify potential solutions. Other areas of work may include assisting with applicable curricula development to address issues, providing research findings at conferences and in professional papers.
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and 12 years relevant experience.
Project management experience.
Ability to travel for domestic and international engagements for up to 40% of total annual work time.
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy "Q" clearance, qualify for "TS" and "SCI" clearance which requires US Citizenship.

Preferred Requirements:

Master’s degree and/or Human Resource certification preferred.
Project Management experience in the United States and in overseas countries.
Background in organizational development or an MBA.

Job Information

Salary Grade PR0300: 200 ($81,288 - $134,100).
Salary Grade PR0400: 210 ($93,492 - $154,212)

TDP: This is a testing designated position; you will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and periodic drug testing throughout the term of your employment.
