The **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** (INL) Communications Department is seeking candidates for the Internal Communications Manager reporting to the INL Communications Director.
Our team works a hybrid 9x80 schedule located at our Idaho Falls EROB facility with every other Friday off!
Although a hybrid schedule is preferred, a fully remote schedule with regular onsite visits is also an option.
Responsibilities Include:
The manager in this position will supervise the communications liaisons that support mission-enabling groups within INL.

This individual is a part of the Communications leadership team.
Will coordinate and supervise internal communications activities aligned with the lab’s scientific, technical and operational priorities, working with internal Communications staff to ensure message consistency across the lab.
Partners with others on the Communications leadership team to ensure quality in communications products, employee engagement and overall internal communications support.
Interacts primarily with subordinates and other supervisors within the Communications directorate.
The Manager will coordinate and review tools and products that help the Internal Communications team be more effective and efficient in the various aspects of the organization.
','!*!Minimum Requirements:
MR01- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, English, marketing and 6 years of experience or advanced degree and 4 years of experience.
MR02 - Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, English, marketing and 10 years of experience or advanced degree plus 6 years of experience
Requires experience with a strong focus on writing.

Ability to focus and work well under pressure during tight deadlines with humor, tact, and professionalism.
Organizational and task management skills and the ability to manage complex workflow seamlessly.
Proven success contributing to an essential communications function for a large, complex organization.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are crucial.
