**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***’s (INL) Policy & Assurance team is seeking forward-thinking professionals, interested in exploring a career as a Supplier Enablement Administrator to support Acquisition & Contracts Management.
Our team works an on-site 9x80 schedule located at our Idaho Falls EROB facility with every other Friday off!
Responsibilities Include:

Perform daily management of the supplier onboarding process for INL.
Communicate effectively with internal/external customers and suppliers.
Support category management and solution adoption strategies while enabling suppliers.
Coordinate enablement activities across Acquisition Management, Information Management, Accounts Payable, business stakeholders, and the supplier community.
Plan, execute, monitor, and improve the associated procurement business processes while continually ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining compliance.
Excel at problem-solving associated with enablement activities related to the end-to-end acquisition process, to improve efficiency, and ensure positive customer experience.
Proactively and continually identify opportunities to simplify supplier enablement processes and enhance the internal customer experience.
Provide recommendations for process improvement initiatives and perform reporting activities to facilitate mission enabling acquisitions.
Train suppliers as required.
Proactively identify opportunities to support and assist the Contract Specialists with the contract closeout process.

High School Diploma or equivalent plus 4 to 6 years proven experience.
Strong communications skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
Must possess excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Influence others using reason and logic.
Strong analytical skills and high proficiency with reporting tools and Microsoft Excel.
High degree of accuracy in work product.
Ability to plan, organize, and self-monitor own work and progress.

Level AS0300-Salary Grade 140 ($39,120 - $62,580)
Level AS0400-Salary Grade 160 ($49,500 - $79,188)
