**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***’s (INL) Office of General Counsel is seeking forward-thinking professionals interested in a career as a Conflicts of Interest Program Manager.

Our team works an on-site 9x80 schedule located at our Idaho Falls in-town facility with every other Friday off!

Responsibilities include:

Develop and manage a program that:

Governs the process for mandatory disclosure of employees' outside activities and potential internal conflicts of interest;
Develops and implements mitigation plans for potential and actual conflicts of interest where possible;
Governs the process for the review of procurements, contracts and other business transactions for organizational conflicts of interest;
Maintains an effective system of recordkeeping with regard to all of the foregoing policies and processes;
Complies with all contractual and regulatory requirements with regard to all of the foregoing policies and processes; and
Owns and implements the Standards of Conduct and Business Ethics policy for the company, including execution of annual mandatory employee training and associated compliance reporting to DOE.

 

','!*!Juris Doctorate (JD) or equivalent doctorate degree in corporate compliance or business ethics AND 6 years experience in corporate compliance, risk management, or as a chief risk/chief ethics officer

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional critical and strategic thinking skills
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of collaborators, including executive management and members of the board of managers

Job Information

Salary Grade: PR0500 - 250 ($160,440 - $272,724)
