**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***’s (INL) Business Management group is seeking forward-thinking professionals interested in exploring a career as a PROJECT SCHEDULER.

Function as a Project Scheduler for medium to large projects.

Our team works an on-site 9x80 schedule located at our Idaho Falls EROB facility with every other Friday off!

Responsibilities Include:

Evaluate, select and apply scheduling techniques to supporting projects.
Prepare project schedules through interaction with various support organizations (e.g., engineering, operations, maintenance, ESH&Q, etc.) and project managers to develop appropriate level of detail for schedule activity definition to support planning, integration, execution, monitoring and reporting needs.
Conduct and report schedule impact and schedule forensic analysis as required.
Develop ad-hoc schedules/reports as necessary. Coordinate schedule development with associated Project Controls personnel as required.
Provide guidance to project managers/functional organizations in developing resource loaded project schedules that brings together the project scope with appropriate detail to clearly represent the Life Cycle or approved Period of Performance of the project, critical path and the projected finish date and time phased resource needs.
Serve as spokesperson for the scheduling organization on major matters pertaining to scheduling policies, plans and objectives.
Provide technical direction and supervision and improve technical/professional skills with junior staff as required.
Proactively identify, promote, develop and implement areas of organizational efficiency through process improvement.
Serve as an advisor to management in the area of scheduling expertise. Directly contribute to the development of new concepts and techniques for the scheduling practices of the INL.
Serve as spokesperson for the scheduling organization on major matters pertaining to scheduling policies, plans and objectives.
Maintain technical competence and proficiency associated with scheduling software (Primavera Version 6) and principles to extensive scheduling and data management (i.e. access, Excel, Word) software experience.
Maintain familiarity of Asset Suite and its association with work management.

','!*!Minimum Requirements:

Level 3: Bachelors degree 5 years scheduling experience or advanced degree 3 years experience, or 13 years scheduling experience.

Level 4: Bachelors degree 8 years scheduling experience or advanced degree 6 years experience, or 16 years scheduling experience. 

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy "Q" clearance, which requires US Citizenship.

Preferred Requirements:

Working knowledge in nuclear and non-nuclear plant systems and operations.
Must have experience performing project schedule development using Primavera Version 6 scheduling software.
Must be able to effectively communicate using a variety of software as appropriate.

Job Information

Salary Grade:

Level 3-190 ($70,680 - $116,616)-Level 4- 210 ($93,492 - $154,212)
