Law Clerk Under the supervision of the Associate General Counsel and a principal mentor, the student gains experience related to the administrative, regulatory and other legal work performed in the Office of the Copyright General Counsel. Under this program, second year, third year and graduate law students may apply for work experience in the Office of the Copyright General Counsel on a volunteer basis. Volunteer internship opportunities may last from one semester, including the summer semester, to one year, according to the needs and schedule of the participant and the supervisor. Interns generally work on specific projects supplementing but not replacing the work of regular staff.
