Internships
The intern program is designed to provide an opportunity to learn about the legislative branch of government through participation. Interns are involved in the daily work schedule of the district and Washington, D.C. congressional offices. Tasks include: phone duties; legislative research; capitol tours; attending committee meetings and seminars; answer mail; update computer records; run errands; and general assistance to staff to help keep the office running smoothly.
