JOB OVERVIEW
Serve as a liaison and relationship manager between businesses and university personnel for recruiting new businesses into the University to Business (U2B) program along with active account management for signed partners to ensure the partnership remains active and students are enrolling from partner businesses.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
*Direct the development of any subordinates' strategies.  *Lead the University to Business program from a recruiting and retention standpoint, work to sign new partners, develop relationships, re-sign partners as contracts expire, and reporting with UC Online Directors of Recruitment and Retention. *Deliver the contact strategy for all leads through final signing of the partnership. *Work closely with Marketing on asset creation and content needs for signed partners along with U2B leads. This includes potential drip campaigns and assets signed partners can distribute to their employees. *Create MOUs and shepherd them through the process until signed. Once signed, add into tracking, create a student group and inform the various team members/functions of the new partner. *Leverage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform for tracking progress of leads, create reports and dashboards to facilitate tracking and analyze results to adjust the contact strategy as needed. *Ensure data integrity in the CRM by auditing leads and reconciling to ensure U2B is flagged for potential students and any other U2B related needs. *Report out potential partners and signed ones to various constituents. *Be the key point of contact and relationship owner for all signed partners. Launch calls with all new signed partners, answer their questions, distribute marketing materials, obtain marketing assets and ensure the relationship is strong and healthy. *Be the go-to person for U2B for recruiting and retention for continuous, on-going training needs for UC Online staff. *Find additional leads through cold calling companies and attending events and networking as needed to ensure the lead pipeline, and eventual signed partner pipeline, remains robust. *Create new student groups upon a partner signing. *Lead team of one or more people supporting U2B recruiting efforts to ensure partnerships continue to grow and flourish.  *May provide direct and/or indirect supervision to exempt and non-exempt staff (i.e., hiring/firing, performance evaluations, disciplinary action, approve time off, etc.). 
REQUIRED EDUCATION
*Bachelor's degree *Seven (7) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Three (3) years of experience in sales, recruitment, account management, and/or higher education recruiting. 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
*Office environment/no specific unusual physical or environmental demands.
