The College of Medicine, Department of Emergency Medicine is looking to fill a full time Assistant Professor of Clinical - GEO position. This position will support the University's mission and commitment to excellence and diversity in our students, faculty, staff and all our activities. UC Health Hospitalist Group at West Chester Hospital seeking a board certified/prepared Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join our growing Hospitalist group. West Chester Hospital is a community hospital, located just north of Cincinnati OH, with academic affiliation to **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** Health System. Seeking candidates for a dedicated nocturnist position. Schedule is a 5 on 10 off rotation. The position is supported by dedicated night NPs as well as daytime partners covering "swing shifts." There is also 24hr Critical Care Services. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Responsibilities for the clinical, research and teaching activities for our students, residents, and fellows. • Demonstration of interest and accomplishment in bedside clinical teaching of medical students and residents (hospitalist medicine as well as other clinical services) is necessary. • Demonstrated interest and accomplishment in hospitalist medicine clinical patient care. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS • Hospital residency training of 4 years or the equivalence by experience. • Board Certification in Hospitalist Medicine or eligibility by training. • One (1) year in an academic setting or equivalent teaching and research experience. • Advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) certification. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS CONSIDERED • An individual with leadership skills is ideal; chief residency training or similar accomplishment during residency training is ideal. • Academic productivity such as original research papers, abstracts, and chapters is also ideal.
