As one of the oldest medical schools in the country, **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** College of Medicine (COM) has a reputation for training best-in-class health care professionals and developing cutting-edge procedures and research that improves the health and clinical care of patients. 

The Department of Radiation Oncology at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** College of Medicine is seeking a board eligible or board-certified radiation oncologist to join our growing academic department. 

**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** Department Of Radiation Oncology has three treatment centers including the Barrett Cancer Center as part of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** Medical Center, the Cincinnati Children's/UC Health Proton Therapy Center, and West Chester Radiation Oncology as well as affiliations with the Cincinnati VA and Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Our state-of-the-art facilities and technology include Varian linacs, a Tomotherapy unit, Varian ProBeam pencil beam proton radiotherapy, superficial radiation and complex brachytherapy including MRI based brachytherapy for gynecologic cancers. We are a dynamic and rapidly growing department, committed to the highest standards of patient care, research and education. The position will involve all of these facets with clinical practice likely at two of the three facilities and this individual will be fully integrated in the teaching activities of radiation oncology residents and medical students.

Clinical, translational, and basic science research are integral components of the Department of Radiation Oncology. With one of the only dedicated proton therapy research gantries in the world, our faculty have access to research opportunities and collaborations including translational and clinical aspects of proton FLASH radiotherapy. In addition, we have a robust clinical trials portfolio and are active in local and national clinical trials for both adults and children. **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** Cancer Center (UCCC) is a main voting member for NRG Oncology and SWOG. Our pediatric radiation oncologists are leaders in the Children's Oncology Group. A number of our faculty members are also supported as PIs on investigator-initiated trials through the UCCC. 

Candidates will have ample opportunity for participation in the educational mission of the department. The Radiation Oncology residency training program has a long history of excellent graduate medical education, cutting-edge research and patient-centered clinical activity dating back to the 1970's. 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Medical Degree and completed residency from accredited program in Radiation Oncology. 
• Candidates must be either board certified or board eligible and be able to obtain an Ohio Medical license prior to starting position.
