JOB OVERVIEW
Direct, plan and organize the administrative and operational activities of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** Parking Services.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
*Direct, plan and organize objectives and long-range goals for parking services consistent with university goals, to include execution of capital projects based on Master Plan and operational needs. *Identify strategic issues in partnership with key leaders, customers. Provide expertise and resolve matters related to parking. *Provide transformational advice related to parking and its functions and processes. *Prepare and monitor budget for parking services. Coordinate permit sales, violation payment and recording, special events and other revenue collection, utilizing multiple parking management systems. . *Develop and implement unit level policies and procedures relating to parking operations, human resource management and health and safety standards in compliance with university, state and federal codes and regulations. *Prepare and issue various reports and plans related to sales and occupancy. Responsible for overseeing the generation of data and reports submitted to the Board and other stakeholders. *Conduct regular audits of parking operations. Continually evaluate the effectiveness of the parking operations and customer service for updating and enhancements. *Conduct regular audits of parking facilities. Coordinate projects to maintain and enhance facility operation, safety and aesthetics. *Serve as liaison with Athletics, Office of Admissions, College Conservatory of Music, Planning Design Construction, UC Foundation, UC Health, and other university stakeholders. *Direct marketing and communications plan for parking operations, special events and customer engagement programs. *Identify new technology to improve operations. Direct project planning, installation and on-going operation of multiple technology platforms, such as license plate recognition, cellular payments, multi-pay stations, etc. *May provide direct and/or indirect supervision to exempt and non-exempt staff (i.e., hiring/firing, performance evaluations, disciplinary action, approve time off, etc.). *Perform related duties based on departmental need. REQUIRED EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
*Seven (7) years of related experience. *Three (3) years supervision.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS CONSIDERED
Experience with T2 Flex, Mobile Pay or other parking management systems.
