The Department of Family and Community Medicine is recruiting a Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) to provide obstetrical and gynecological care in The Christ Hospital-University of Cincinnati Family Medicine Program. The CNM will serve as Core Residency Faculty, focusing their teaching and clinical work on women's health, including delivery.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Teaching: Faculty are expected to supervise and teach learners in multiple clinical settings, including: prenatal visits (both individual and group visits) Labor and Delivery, women's health procedures, and direct patient care in the Family Medicine Center.

2. Clinical Care: Provide direct patient care services at assigned clinical sites, including:  Family Medicine Clinic; Labor and Delivery; and providing women's health at the University Health Services at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***

3. Scholarship: All faculty are expected to contribute to scholarship, including any of the following activities: curriculum development; research; regional and national presentations; publications; peer review.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
CNM board certification through AMCB, ability to obtain Ohio APRN license and DEA
