General Description of Position:
The Director provides oversight of the daily operations of Admission and the Express Enrollment Center. In collaboration with the Vice Chancellor for Student Success, supervises and maintains the Admissions and Express Enrollment Center policies and procedures at the campus.
Major Responsibilities:
Provide oversite of the daily operations of Express Enrollment Center and Admissions.
Supervise Student Services Professionals and customer service activities.
Cultivate a team-based atmosphere with the goal of providing high quality customer service to students, faculty, and staff.
Provide ongoing training for all Express Enrollment Center and Admissions staff.
Attend and participate in statewide Admissions and Express Enrollment Center director meetings.
Coordinate all communications, interactions, and problem solving involving Express Enrollment Center and Admissions.
Engage with functional staff to ensure open lines of communication.
Prepare reports as requested. Assist in budget preparation and control as required.
Maintain proper internal controls and ensuring compliance with College policies and procedures.
Conduct all activities within the established guidelines of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
Must possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and ability to keep business information confidential.
Willingness and ability to travel.

Preferred Qualifications:
Two years of experience required in at least one of the four major service areas (Admissions, Registration, Financial Aid, and Business Support).
Master's degree.
Three - five years supervisory experience.
Other Requirements:
Work Hours:
Typical business work hours, may be adjusted during peak times.
Hiring Range:
$50,000-60,000 based on experience
