General Description of Position:
Take ownership and provide leadership in regards to the non-paid student campaign. Ensure that all non-paid students are communicated and responded to in a timely manner according to the communication plan. Analyze data for non-paid students and provide appropriate information to other departments. Prepare summaries of non-paid student data. Report non-paid statistics to leadership as needed. Create future strategies for non-paid student campaign.
Major Responsibilities:
Run Student Paid status report and other reports as needed
Analyze data and prepare files to target specific student categories
Based on student categories, communication to students via email, Signal Vine, snail mail and phone calls
Prepare summaries for non-paid students based on different criteria and provide to leadership as needed
Monitor the success of the non-paid campaign by analyzing and comparing data
Present campaign plan to leadership as needed
Provide leadership to the bursar team and other departments in regards to non-payment
Respond to students in a timely manner
Help resolve Financial Aid issues
Handle escalated student issues
Handle Bank Mobile issues
Determine if students can be protected from drops
Assist with answer phone and emails from students and provide good customer service
Ensure that procedures and plans are documented and current.
Work with the director on process improvements to enhance efficiencies and strategies
Maintains adherence to Financial Management rules and regulations in regards to revenue collection.
Work with other departments to develop strategies to streamline the non-paid student process.

Minimum Qualifications:
Associates degree in accounting or related field
Three years of related experience
Demonstrated Leadership skills
Data analysis experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in accounting or related field
Experience in Banner AR system
3 years of accounting experience in a college setting
