Maintenance Technician
Sellersburg, IN Work type: Part Time Hourly Location: Sellersburg, IN Categories: Facilities/Maintenance General Description of Position: The Maintenance Technician this is a part-time position and is responsible for a wide range of repair tasks. The maintenance technician will help to keep the facility operating and repair any problems when they are discovered before they have a chance to worsen. Major Responsibilities: Daily inspection of boilers, pumps, and all mechanical equipment from Air Handlers to relief fans. Cleaning of coils in the cooling months and helping with snow removal in winter. Maintaining the building HVAC equipment in order to keep climate control in the facility functioning properly Applying preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems Minimum Qualifications: Basic Electrical knowledge as well as mechanical background.
