General Description of Position:
The Director provides oversight of the daily operations of the Enrollment Center. In collaboration with the Assistant Vice President Enrollment and the Director of Recruitment Experiences, Outreach and Marketing, supervises and maintains the Enrollment Center policies and procedures for the Indianapolis campus.
Major Responsibilities:
• Provide oversite of the daily operations of the Enrollment Center which includes the One Stop Center and the Welcome Center.
• Supervise Student Services Professionals and Registration Assistants and their activities.
• Collaborate with the Director of Recruitment Experiences, Outreach and Marketing on Welcome Center coordination.
• Cultivate a team-based atmosphere with the goal of providing exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff.
• Provide ongoing training to include technology products for all Enrollment Center staff.
• Attend and participate in statewide Director level Enrollment Center meetings.
• Coordinate weekly assignments in Ivy Connect and set weekly, monthly and annual goals to achieve strategic goals.
• Coordinate all communications, interactions, and problem-solving involving Enrollment Center. Engage with functional staff to ensure open lines of communication.
• Coordinate use of Signal Vine and other technology products to aid in providing exceptional customer service.
• Prepare reports as requested.
• Assist in budget preparation and control as required.
• Maintain proper internal controls and ensure compliance with College policies and procedures in
• Conduct all activities within the established guidelines of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
Must possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Two years of experience required in at least one of the four major service areas (Admissions, Registration, Financial Aid, and Business Support).
Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and ability to keep business information confidential.
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
Willingess and ability to travel.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree
Three - five years supervisory experience
This position is eligible for a “smart phone” phone stipend. The Director is frequently away from his/her workstation for meetings, travel between campuses/offices and time spent in other offices. The urgency/seriousness of student, faculty, staff and vendor.
