Full-time Transitional Housing Coordinator with SAFE, a domestic violence program in Kent & Sussex Counties. SAFE provides trauma-informed services for survivors of domestic violence and their children. Transitional Housing Coordinator (THC) will provide comprehensive supportive services, including direct housing assistance. Duties will include managing/ prioritizing application list, landlord recruitment, identification of available housing, facilitating lease agreements, establishing and maintaining supportive relationships and contact with survivors; transitioning families to housing, referrals to community resources, and advocacy. Other duties include data collection, entry, and reporting, and working collaboratively with SAFE team and community partners. Applicants must have relevant Associate’s degree or equivalent experience. Background working with individuals who experienced trauma is preferred.
