As the Specialist, Omnichannel Digital Marketing you will focus on go-to-market execution of digital campaigns that drive traffic and sales both online and in-store, including promotional campaigns, product launches, or category campaigns. Supported by the Senior Manager, Omnichannel Marketing, this role will coordinate cross-functional participation to ensure all campaigns elements deliver a consistent customer journey, across all digital and non-digital touch points, including paid media, owned channels, website and in-store.

You will coordinate cross-functional meetings, develop action registers and campaign briefs, and evaluate support elements to ensure strong execution across all 6Ps.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

*Manage digital marketing programs budget, strategy and execution with focus on paid, organic and local search, affiliate marketing, and social commerce *Design and execute digital marketing campaigns optimizing omnichannel customer journeys and marketing results *Manage relationships with external agencies and internal marketing partners and identify new test and learn opportunities *Prioritize and plan the execution of digital and omnichannel promotional events *Create annual promotions plan including exclusive offers & evergreen program activity with external partners to support engagement, acquisition, and conversion through various channels *Monitoring and optimization of digital marketing channels towards revenue and profitability *Perform regular market research to identify digital marketing industry trends and consumer behaviour *Provide weekly and quarterly data insights leveraging Google Analytics, Google Ads and Dashboards *Promote and develop best practices for internal and external digital marketing content, including SEO, to bring campaigns to life in collaboration with creative teams *Coordinate campaigns, including hosting kick off meetings; generating and following through on action registers and calendars, develop campaign briefs, overviews and post mortems *Coordinate approvals for external partners marketing materials and maintain strict brand standards

SKILLS WE'RE LOOKING FOR

*2 years of experience in a similar digital marketing role *ecommerce/omnichannel experience *Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret, identify, communicate insights based on data from multiple sources *SEM, SEO experience *Proficient in Excel *Strong knowledge of Google Ecosystem and Local Search is an asset *Retail experience and retail merchandising, an asset *Knowledge or experience in Email, Affiliate marketing, and social media platforms is a plus, an asset *Google Data Studio or any other data visualization tools is an asset *Good planning and project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities
