WHAT TO EXPECT:

You will have the opportunity to be a Maskatel ambassador by providing personalized service to our customers. You will listen carefully in order to identify their needs and be able to offer products and services according to outlined expectations. You must also answer questions about customer accounts. More specifically, you will be required to:

*Sell products and services based on customer needs *Perform after-sales service activities (invoicing, relocations, general information, solving customers' problems or referring them to the appropriate department) *Verify customers' level of satisfaction *Retain customers who want to cancel or reduce their products and services *Manage customers' administrative files *Occasionally solicit current customers and potential customers

DO YOU HAVE THE RIGHT EMPLOYMENT PROFILE?

*You have a natural talent when it comes to customer service *You have experience in customer service or even better, you have completed a DVS (Diploma of Vocational Studies) in sales consulting (an asset) *You love technology and you are comfortable working with computer systems *You are able to express yourself and carry on a conversation in the client's preferred language, French and/or English (functional bilingualism) *You are motivated by goals to be achieved

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
